The food from Rosalind's is the best. Ask for Ronald! They usually serve fried Marlin with a variety of sides. French fries, fried plantain (delish), sweet potato, breadfruit (seasonal). The fish is fried over an open flame.
I had fried flying fish at three different shops at Oistins, and each was outstanding. My favorite spot was "Good Eats", where we had the chance to chat with the chef/owner several times. So delicious. Also, the big night on Friday is a blast, but even on other nights you can catch a big public karaoke, which was hilarious. Loved it.
Ok, it's the best, macaroni pie, flying fish, reggae music. I spent two weeks on the island if Barbados and it is epic, Friday's fish fry at oistins was one of the many imprinted memories I have. I have no idea why I haven't been back there yet but it is on my to do list.
Lively and fun places to go relax on a Friday night with family or friends. Have some drinks and eat some grilled seafood. Can't wait to do it again!
