  • (this review may come up a few times as more than a handful of us had the same experience.) The rudest service I have ever experienced in Barbados, I'm assuming the management changed from the last time with prices going up, rules changing, and very rude attitudes. Remington at the front door was very pompous and would not help us in anyway, we had 15 guests and one guest had forgotten their ID and would not combine the account to simply help out. The bar staff except for Riko was very obnoxious as well and would not even look us in the eye when we tried to thank them and tip them for their service. Not that we expected it but the cut eye was unnecessary. We noticed Remington harassing multiple patrons for a slight appearance of people's boxers even though people were walking around in their swim trunks. After we paid, we overheard Remington and his female coworker talking negatively about us as we were understandably upset about being turned away only to come back later to smirks on their face. I believe the staff enjoys their power too much and is very commanding, the previous staff partied with us and felt like they were enjoyyg their day with us as opposed to trying to command us around. As well, the water toys look like they've never been cleaned or services and are well past their due date, including the water swing. Will be trying pirates cove next time as it's just next door.
  • The food is good but I was disappointed in their service a time or two. I always go here when I visit Barbados. We usually visit for several weeks at a time and will go here a few times a week. One day, we didn't order food but wanted to wash our feet off after walking in the sand. They rudely shooed us away like vagrants. It was pretty embarrassing considering we had such nice experiences prior. Maybe they should have a loyalty program so people who visit so many times a year can have access to their water pipe HAHA. Moral: don't go near the chairs or water pipe if you did not pay, even if you have several times before.
  • Great food, great atmosphere, lots of fun things to do. Great views.
  • This place is astonishingly bad news. I walked in from the beach and bought a bottle of water no problem but when I returned an hour later to buy a soft drink they told me it cost $40 to enter and that I had no right to enter and purchase a refreshment - WTF? Walk away from this place, no, run!
  • Lovely beach, lots of activities. Bar is cool. Relaxing day
