At 2,740 hectares (6,770 acres), Lowacherra National Park represents a major national reserve in Bangladesh. Visit the park to discover and appreciate its biodiversity, with over 460 species of plants and animals--including the endangered hoolock gibbon. Take a walk across the grounds on your own, or ask for a tour guide, who will tell you more about the reserve's history and inhabitants. The park famously served as the filming site of the 1956 movie, "Around the World in 80 Days." quite nice area for shorter walks. The hill tribe could also be visited. Beautiful scenery and the train could also be seen passing by
It's looks like mysterious place with skyscrapers trees. Monkeys are jumping tree branch to tree branch. If you're lucky you can see macho-bug(small tiger).
Lawachara National park is a cool forest to visit. its big forest and much to see inside. the total area is huge and u can walk along here for days. normally tourists explores for some common walkways... read more »
