  • Religious place for Buddhist & it's largest Theravada Buddhist temple in Bangladesh. This is a imperative tourist spot of Bandarban district. The temple is built on top of a high hill. Many festivals are arranged here in every year. Beside the Temple enojoyed the hilly beauty.
  • The Bandaban Golden Temple belongs to the Theravada Buddhism order, which is practiced by the Marma indigenous people, a dominant ethnic group of Bandarban. It was built in 2000 in Arakanese architecture, an adoption of South East Asia style.
  • Bandarban Golden Temple is a Buddhist temple.Approached by an elegant stairway, the impressive temple built on the hill top is decorated with exquisite sculptural images.
  • The Buddha Dhatu Jadi is locally also known as Bandarban golden temple. It's located close to balaghata town in Bandarban. Dhatu are the material remains of a holy person. In this temple the relics belong to great Buddha himself. Also it is the largest theravada temple in this country. This place is one of the most famous tourist place in Bangladesh. It's not only beautifully because of it's architecture but also for the place it's situated in. It's in top of a hill. the golden color Dom's and beautiful sculptures are so awesome that I can't explain in words. If you are going to visit this place, you can hair a auto rickshaws. which will take 200-250 for up down. make sure u have a camera with you. otherwise you will miss lot's of beautiful moments. and one important fact is if you are wearing shorts, half pant, three quarter it could be a problem to enter to the temple.
