  • It’s free!! That’s the first thing to say......also there was one of the staff that took us to see and feed the baby camels, which really entertained my daughter. Worth an hour of your time to see.......  more »

  • Site create camels, like a camel farm. The place is big, clean and organized, where the animals are well treated. All belong to the Sheik and don't have to pay to enter.

  • I went to the Royal Camel Farm in April. A good time to go when it is not so hot (excluding May to Sept). It was free. And there was a farmer who opened the gate for us and allowed us to feed the camels. I loved feeding the camels. It was fun. It isn't a popular tourist spot but when you travel to Bahrain this is a nice place to visit. The farm is really huge and when you walk a bit further you can see the vegetable farm too.
  • You can spend a fun hour with your kids looking at the camels and learning about them. It's free and the air is so refreshing there.
  • It was FREE when we went. Plenty of parking. Toilets available. There were so many camels there it was unbelievable. The camels all looked different to each other. Different sizes, different personalities and moods. Some looked like they were very friendly and some we were quite unsure about as we did not want to be attacked. The camels are all on chains so don't worry they can't get to you. You can feed them some of that hay they like. We were afraid to get very close as we don't want to get bitten but after looking at the YouTube videos they seem mostly alright. Maybe I should go back to Bahrain once more and come to the farm. Well worth visiting on a hot day. A nice place to spend an hour.
  • Awesome!! Awesome!! place for a visit with kids. Its an unexpected encounter and experience with these huge animals. You can feed them wow!!!. They are clean and well fed. Kudos to all those who take care of these wonderful animals. Also go there during the summer. You can enjoy some great dates.
  • I absolutely lovvvvve camels, so naturally I'm going to say this place is great! Such wonderful, affectionate creatures! Hundreds of them! You probably won't need more than 45 minutes or so here. Do make sure you bring wipes/antibacterial lotion if you intend on stroking the camels, as there is no soap in the bathrooms. You may also get a little dusty. Great fun!
