  • I found the Market Place a place to shop and eat. I bought a watch and some wine. The restaurants has great food.
  • Just across the street from Memories Grand. Very clean stores and bathrooms all with not to pushy shop owners lol. Not like in Jamaica haha
  • A good way to spend an afternoon. Many shops and stores you can go look through. The best attraction here was the wide variety of restaurants. Went to Agave for dinner one night and it was amazing. The crab cakes were some of the best I have ever had and the entrees were equally as good. I would love to leave them a review but I can't since it doesn't show up on google maps. However the market place as a whole is a fun afternoon.
  • The mosaic was beautiful.. It's very close to hotels, the casino, and the beach.. The shops had lots of wonderful one of a kind items.. The shop owners were sweet and had reasonable prices.. Need some souvenirs in Freeport? This is the place.
  • Loved the atmosphere, everyone is super friendly. But one place stood out above the rest. Eventhough their are over fifty shops to browse, everyone claims to have the cheapest and best merchdise but ENAs STRAWMARKET booth #41 was the best. She was friendly, honest and reasonable. She wasn't pushy and made us a deal we couldnt pass up.
  • Lucaya has changed so much over the years, but it is a great tourist stop and place to support local business. There are plenty of bars and entertainment, and during they day they have shops to buy souvenirs to bring home. Drinks are cheap within the square, and if you're unsure of Bahamian food, they do have subway, Greek, American, and Spanish cuisine. There is no grocery store, but there are mini pharmacies if you need sunscreen and things of that nature ( warning: sunscreen is expensive here). Lots of stores to buy duty free fragrances, beautiful jewelry, and clothing. Walk across the street for beach access.
  • Loved the market place great day. Nice shops good local flavor
