Lighthouse Beach, Eleuthera

Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Inspirock Rating:
4.8/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web
At the end of a bumpy, remote road you will be rewarded with paradise at Lighthouse Beach, frequently referred to as the most beautiful beach on all of Eleuthera. Be sure to bring plenty of water to this scenic stop as once you get here there are no facilities. Vast stretches of unspoiled pink shimmering sand greet you at the shore, and from here walk to the whimsical, weathered lighthouse which overlooks the beach. Snorkelling is great at the bay or beach, with manta rays sighted in both spots. Unusual rock formations and clear turquoise waters surround the beach and offer plenty of shade to enjoy a picnic. • There are no words or pictures to describe the pristine beauty of this beach. When you get there you feel lucky to have the good fortune to have stepped on and enjoyed this wonderful beach deserted, is something that cannot be said with words, one has to see it. Despite the road (horrible!) when you do not want to leave. If you are going, that is with an SUV, 4 x 4 or a Jeep because I assure you that the road is not short and is full of huge holes.
