4.7/5 based on 190+ reviews on the web
The world's deepest known salt water blue hole, Dean's Blue Hole is a spectacular sight and yours to explore from land or water. A deep abyss plunges 202 m (663 ft) into the ocean's bed within a calm turquoise lagoon, a memorable spot for snorkelling and a beautiful site from the surrounding cliffs. Snow white sands surround the bay and lead to the dramatic underwater drop, its diameter starting at around 30 m (98.4 ft) and after a short descent widening to a cavernous 100 m (328 ft) mouth. Within the twinkling depths, shoals of tarpon, ray, and seahorse play as you make your way through this eerily mesmerising natural wonder. A visit to Dean's Blue Hole represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Long Island itinerary planner to plot your vacation.
