(4.4/5 based on 85+ reviews on the web)
Stop by and admire Tatik u Papik, a national symbol of Armenian heritage sculpted out of the native volcanic rock, tufa. Designed in a typical Soviet style of the 1960s, the sculpture depicts an old Karabakh man and woman. Climbing up to the hilltop monument will also reward you with an encompassing view of the surrounding area. Near the bottom of the hill, vendors sell miniature replicas of the monument and other souvenirs.
