Yeddi Gozel Waterfall, Gabala

Water Body · Waterfall
Yeddi Gozel Waterfall flows from the highest peaks of the Caucasus Mountains. As the waterfall is completely frozen in the winter, it is very hard to get there during cold months. In spring and summer, teahouses dot every mountain road, where guests are offered tea with traditional types of Gabala jam. At the highest point of the waterfall there is a teahouse with a special wooden floor where you can drink tea against the soothing backdrop of the pleasant sounds and scenery of the waterfall. The water for the tea is taken from the waterfall and enhances its flavor. • Today me and my family was at the restaurant in this waterfall complex. Everything was good but we get the bill I was shocked. They tried to scam us. According to the menu of this restaurant total...  more »
  • You will be able to see only two of the waterfalls. There are tables and chairs on each side. This is a concern for tourists. The stairs are narrow, crowded and confusing. You will feel as if you...  more »

  • Beautiful waterfall in this region The place is nice with full of greenery Need to climb little up to have the entire views There are two water stream reaching the second stream is quite difficult Because the path is slippery need to wear good shoes rails are there to hold the hand Toilet facilities are available but not clean
  • Did not enjoy a lot as we went in winters, it was cold but still a pretty sighyt ,our driver dropped us at a 10 min drive , the next was for either to hike or take the local car, we took the local car for 20 manat, 10 for each side. It was good.
  • 130 steps up to waterfall . Car will have to drive on few kilometers on a rocky road before getting to the stairs. Overall not bad, but not so wow .
  • Beautiful A bit of tough walk for some people, was good training for me
  • It's really a very nice place and we enjoyed how it was a kind of hiking to reach to the top and then go down...It's so nice. But my main issue is that there was people waiting you in the entrance to tell you stop your car here and come with us and pay for this service!! Claiming that the car won't go all the way be honest I got scared coz I'm the one who was driving and the car was kia rio...But my friend encouraged me and we decided to take the risk ...and guess what! We made it to the top 💃I mean it wasn't that easy and you should really be careful of the road coz it's full of rocks and wholes...But at the end we stayed as much as we want without taking someone with you not knowing if he will nag to go down again or not! Again, when we reached the top...there was a man asking us to pay 10 Manat for the parking!! And there is no sign neither proper parking lot showing that this 10 Manat thing is official!! We paid anyway coz we were afraid about the car that they may scratch it. Overall, it's a very nice place to go to for sure...But these the things that will face you if you see yourself a good driver...go for it 👊 And to be honest, I see that this is the government responsibility to take care of these touristic places to encourage the tourists do everything on their list and feel safr and enjoy their time and tell their friends back home about their trip to Azerbaijan 😊 For more reviews please visit my profile here..or follow me on Instagram on my account : @guider_uae to be up to date with my new reviews 🌷 One more thing...if you liked this review...please hit the like button 👇 and show me some love ❤ Thanks😉
