  • Mountainous Park located on a hill in the western part of the city. There are several ways you can get here: by cableway (go from carpet Museum, fountain with monument of Bahram Gjuru, followed by you and see the entrance to the funicular), walking the stairs on the left side of the funicular (10 minutes and you're in the Park), a short bus ride to the bus stop "Flaming towers" or to the "Alley of martyrs", arrive by taxi. We came on foot, as lived side by side in the Fairmont Hotel, is located in one of the "Flaming towers" (right). Before the Park was a place of rest and entertainment, but with the 1990 year, after dumping the bodies of martyrs here and creating the alley with the eternal flame, the Park changed my appointment ... From the Park you can see almost the entire city, especially good here a view of the national flag square, Crystal Hall, a Ferris wheel, the Baku seaside Parkway Towers, Flame Tower and other ... Weather in early January was excellent, sunny and warm, so that turned out to do some decent photos of the city. Lots of greenery in the Park, the air is clean, you can stroll and relax. There are "Green theater" in the warm season can visit. The Park is an excellent place to appreciate the beauty and scope of Baku!

  • Get there is problematic, but we took a cab and arrived very quickly! Went to the waterfront and realized that up will be very difficult to climb, but we can't go there! Shikarnejshij opens a view of the city!

  • A great place with beautiful views, if not go even further to tv tower, but there only by taxi, on foot very far. ... Kind of mesmerizing, in General, the Park is very beautiful! I advise a visit to the top can be reached not only walk, but also for a nominal fee on the funicular, off roughly, from places opposite the carpet Museum
