Flame Towers, Baku

4.6
Illuminated by screens of more than 10,000 LED lights, Flame Towers transform the city's skyline with their visual spectacle. Completed in 2012, the modern tower complex consists of three curvy edifices, designed to display moving flames visible across the city. Inside, the towers are home to many business and residential facilities, including luxury apartments, a hotel, a shopping mall, office blocks, and observation decks. Climb the top of the buildings to enjoy a panoramic view of the urban area and shoreline. • Immediately warn you not always glow at night, but if it happens it's not that, towers turn into huge display boards, and indeed remind of the flame in the heart of the proud.

  • Tower image of flames as the name suggests, is lit up at night, one of the most eye-catching. However, seemingly residence Hotel out of one building only in the third building is in decent running about 2 percent reached the Mall is not running at all, I see sad reality.

  • The buildings are impressive, but what is really overwhelming is the night view of this twin towers. The movie one can watch on the tower's facades worth the effort and is hard to find a similar 3D-show elsewhere...
  • These 3 buildings dominate the Baku skyline and you can see them from almost anywhere. They are particularly striking at night with the light show. The best spot to view them is Highland park which is actually close to the buildings but you get a great view of them and downtown Baku. If you have a ton of money you can stay there as well.
  • The most innovative skyscraper I have ever seen! Its light shows at night superb!
  • beautiful buildingsand the projections of flame and Azerbaijani flag that starts after sunset, till midnight is a captivating sight
  • Modern Baku. Nearby Highland/Upland Park.

Where to stay in Baku

Baku's emphasis on architectural diversity--and its fondness for constructions that put all previous buildings to shame--has yielded a range of accommodations. Look no further than the waterfront high-rises for contemporary luxury, or take a peek at the more storied surrounding boulevards for 19th-century class, with grand hotels and stylish boutiques set in Baroque and neoclassical buildings. A smattering of budget-friendly hostels and guesthouses lies throughout the city, particularly on side streets close to the main attractions and train stations.
