Get a 360-view of the city and the vast expanse of water at Ferris Wheel, a 60 m (200 ft) tall observation wheel erected on a wharf protruding into the Caspian Sea. With a total of 30 cabins, each of which can hold eight persons, this white Dutch-made structure takes visitors on a 30-minute ride overlooking the city and the lake. The wheel is well-lit at night and makes a landmark of the city. You can pay extra to have an entire cabin to yourself. • Very comfortable cabins, fully closed. There is a monitor where reveal the history of the construction of the wheel, the music plays. Look around. Ability to sit, relax poslle long walks along the promenade.

  • The parameters-as inscribed in the space of the Boulevard itself-all normal. But Baku Windy City tickets as far as I know-expensive and so wanting to go not so much.

  • After a walk across the Primorsky Boulevard you can relax and enjoy the wonderful bird's-eye view of Baku. It's fun to take about 30 minutes.
