Create an itinerary including Baku Boulevard
Running parallel to the capital's seafront, Baku Boulevard is a beautifully maintained promenade dating from 1909, when 20th-century oil magnates built lavish mansions along the Caspian shoreline. Stretching 16 km, the boulevard promises hours of pleasant strolling with ever-changing views of the Caspian, the Old City and Baku's modern skyline. Key attractions include the spectacular Deniz Mall, the Carpet Museum, Baku's very own Little Venice and dozens of traditional restaurants and teahouses. For travelers who use our international travel planner, Baku holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Baku Boulevard and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

  • I read a couple reviews of this and notice how some people said a smell of oil from the Caspian Sea could be noticed here. For me that wasn’t true at all. Great place to relax and take a nice stroll.....  more

  • Good place , been there quite few times, good to walk around, although Mall itself is not that big attraction, but sea breeze are the best part around. Good for kids to skate and cycling around.
  • We'll maintained with images displayed from over a 100+ years history at this location. The context is amazing to help get a sense of the progress that's been made in this region. A good location for an evening stroll, getting a feel of the city and just admiring the skyline. This area can get quite crowded with groups of family and friends spending time out with food, music and drinks.
  • It was one of the cleanest boulevard I have ever seen. Nicely maintained. The view of the city is gorgeous.
  • The boulevard is great, a huge park located along with Caspian sea. Beautiful and neat, Carpet Museum and Little Venice along by. You can walk along the sea, you can rent a bicycle and enjoy here.
  • Clean and popular place among tourists and locals. Beautiful place during the evening time
