Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Wattens

(1,800+ reviews on the web)
Nature / Park
Enter Swarovski Crystal Worlds, an underground museum, through a hole in the hillside and step inside a massive crystalline theater. This attraction was created in 1995 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Swarovski crystal company. Designed by multimedia artist Andre Heller, the crystal museum encompasses art, music, dance, and literature into one overwhelming experience. "The Giant," a face landscaped on the hillside with crystals for eyes and a water fountain for a mouth, greets you as you approach the entrance of the museum. • "It is not all gold that glitters" Swarovski proves the opposite. Whether under the open sky the cloud of sound, or inside the huge Crystal wall, it is impressive what here was placed on the legs. Weather permitting, the estimated 5-hectare park with numerous other attractions is again interesting. In any case, also (more) (at) worth a visit.

  • If you are a diehard fan of the crystals, ok. Don't expect to see anything about the history of the company. The Museum is great, but in my opinion not worth 19 euros for the entry. I went for was already included in the Innsbruck card (strongly recommend buying if you intend to visit more of a tourist attraction). I found it quite bizarre that Museum to be honest.

  • We visited this Museum in the drive from Salzburg to Innsbruck, is just miles from Innsbruck in the town of Wattens. The gardens have a few clouds full of crests and worth a walk. the price of the ticket to visit the Museum costs EUR 20.00 per person, has several rooms with artwork and creations of modern art and light effects on the way out has a shop with prices equal to any other shop in Europe, and has mixed a brand Cadena which is cheaper but honestly I was having doubts about her the maid says that are Swarovski crystals but in the box anywhere Swarovski name appears even she having sought to prove. Has Fashion designers such as Jean Paul Gautier, Stairs etc. has a few pieces of outlet but not much. In fact in the city and shop for free has a shop where you have the parts that will coming out annually and a major exhibition of pieces (with very high prices) you can view without having to pay. Worth a visit if you are around and want to pay the value of the input
