  • Without a guide, you would mistake this apartment block for yet another beautiful palace in Vienna. But there’s a big chance that there’s a person of significance living in one of these beautiful home...  more »

  • If you do not know Beethoven continues visiting the home not knowing anything. Deserves more care, more info, trivia. It doesn't say anything too bad. The input is accepted although not excessive cost (about € 4) is not worth it. Tour the apartment was also a bit distressing because it followed a view from a room-by-room attendant.

  • We love Beethoven, the mad musician! But... not the mad staff sitting at the entrance. We went there as part of the Vienna pass. It would not have been worth the money, no matter how little, to be treated poorly. It is on the 4th floor. Only stairs is available. Interesting displays. Music player plays music samples.
  • Highly disappointed in this visit. Not much about Beethoven, very small and would have appreciated a pleasant greeting from staff rather than a rude one. One of the members paced in each room while we looked around, which was a bit weird. Not worth the €5 each.
  • Interesting but disappointing. As others have already said, the materials are poorly presented and the staff is almost defensive if you ask questions. After climbing four flights of stairs, I would have hoped for a better reception and exhibit. Nonetheless, I'm pleased to have visited the rooms of one of the world's great composers!
  • Very small and less centered on Beethoven, but on the era. Both workers were impolite. When I asked a question about the house, they just answered that they're not historians, they just sell tickets.
  • Mid of nowhere
