  • A real Viennese apple strudel how to actually? That is answered here. First it goes down in a nice vaulted cellar and there is then even the nice lady behind the counter, who later tells us how it's done. Advance there is ever a piece for each participant to try - how should you know otherwise later what it really tastes like? The ambience is really cool, it can correctly track one, as it has produced the best strudel of at that time here more or less for the Highnesses. Also, you can buy the ingredients here immediately. Then we go and get on German and English explains how it's really done. Of course I will not explain the trick, but it is worthwhile in any case to look at the show, for example while waiting for the admission to the Castle. At the end you can take with of course the recipe itself, is out for free at the output and there is even a whirlpool hotline. If you so still do not get it, the nice ladies in the bakery can of course help one on the phone. Very much recommended.
