  • In passing through the historical city centre near Albertina, we found a strange statue which was splitted up into two parts. The monument has its significance to remind the Austrians on the terrors o...  more »
  • Work of the deceased (2009) Austrian artist Alfred Hrdlicka, is divided into 4 different parts to summarize certain aspects of fascism in Austria. I liked particularly the prostrate man sculpture wrapped in barbed wire. I strongly recommend stop, observe and reflect!

  • Right on Albertinaplatz lies this beautiful memoir divided into four parts and built to commemorate all victims of the second world war and Nazism!!! Very special, worth a visit!
