  • Beyond its obvious beauty and glamour, you should see just how centraly located it is, a true symbol of how important and high-regarded education was, and still is, in Austria. Massive and dominating ...  more »
  • Walking through the streets of Vienna is a place of meeting, naturally. Also next to the Town Hall and the other shaped like them because of the appearance of the University Museum, is not but so was able to visit more comfortable without being intimidated. No need to bother to access if I would stop by a nearby shop or ... You can see that the library was not found.

  • It is a highly decorated University, leaving to visit inside until late at night compared with the rest of places

  • This is the place to go for becoming an authentic grammar ..... Don't worry if you have a certificate from a Bolognia' framework university; they will ignore their agreement to the framework. Even if it is four levels up. Your level is certain after 5m conversation, the multiple choice test is a formality to justify you doing a few more extra courses (€€€). You will definitelly not learn politeness and respect there. Consumer rights to cancel? "go away". -- UPDATE: after some emails they returned my money back (still it was a very unpleasant experience).
  • Extremely bad German courses. Avoid at all cost!!! Can't speak for other languages.
  • Once past the bureaucracy everything goes well. The professor for the B2/2 intensive course I took was very professional, efficient, and created an overall positive learning environment. The Sonderkursen I took were sadly an absolute waste of time taken parallel to the intensive course, and I feel like the time and €50 fee could have been better spent on private tutoring and drinking beers with locals.
  • Nice people in reception and my course fits my level. Teacher is funny and he explains the root of each word, I love it, you learn and understand what you are learning.
  • if you guys come on the 1st registration day, come at 8. crowds of students and slowest people are working here 😡

Where to stay in Vienna

As a former imperial capital, Vienna is full of lavish hotels reminiscent of the city’s royal past. If you’re traveling on a budget, it’s not hard to find hotels for a more affordable price. Consider staying in the Innere Stadt, or First District, if you only have a short time in town, as you’ll be within easy walking distance to many of the city’s main tourist attractions. Outside of the central core, Leopoldstadt, or Second District, lines the Danube and offers peaceful walks through tree-lined paths. For shopaholics, Mariahilf, or Sixth District, is a central neighborhood with busy shopping streets and lively markets.
