  • On vacation in Vienna with his family broke up tempted by the opportunity to attend a concert of works by Mozart and Strauss in the capital of classical music. Truly amazing experience. The Palace is great with a staircase with fountain and beautiful the Gold Hall where the concert was held. All songs were very popular (even for this we chose considering we were with kids). And interspersed with equally popular opera and Ballet. The artists were not only magnificent professionally but also creating some pleasant moment of sympathetic interaction with the public. The price is not just content but we took advantage of a "family discount last minute" by buying tickets in the afternoon in front of the Hofburg. This experience will be one of the best memories of our stay in Vienna.

  • It was well prepared concert. The ticket was 40 euro per person, fully worth it. Ballet dancers and singers performed one by one with Mozart songs.  more »
  • We bought the tickets when we were visiting another Palace. Informed that if we got half an hour before we would do a tour of the Castle. This tour didn't happen. We had access only to the staircase and to the salon where the presentation. The presentation is simple. The stage is too small for presentation of musicians and ballet together. The seats are foldable. Left something to be desired.

  • Three stars for the location. This is a really bare bones function room. The carpets and drapes need replacing. There are only hard back folding chairs to sit on for the concert. Five stars for the group that performed. They were called the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. Although it was hardly more than an ensemble, the musicians enjoyed what they were doing and it really added to the audience’s enjoyment.
  • I went there for a concert of chamber classical music. Acoustic in the palace is wonderful!
  • It was a pleasant experience because we had our own dinning room which gave us some privacy. The music and dance were tastefully presented but the audience chairs for the theatre were too close to one another and rather small for comfort for some. We would appreciate if they fix the light bulbs for the ladies WC...if not, the rating could be 4 1/2 stars.
  • I'd gone for a concert which I enjoyed thoroughly. If you're visiting Vienna and like classical music, this is a good place to visit!
  • Saw a nice concert there but the room and the stage were a bit small
