  • In the run-up to our Vienna trip, I have an issue of the magazine welcome to town and country with the title our Vienna bought. Under the title: For the living Art Nouveau building were presented art by Otto Wagner. It is not only the Pavilion Charles place worth seeing, but also of the station of the U6 (Gumpendorferstrasse).

  • These two old subway stations (one is a coffee and the other exhibitions) reminded me the French style of the subway stations. Architectural schools alike.

  • The pavilions designed by Otto Wagner to the subway entrance is a beautiful example of secessionist architecture. I suggest you then to those who stop at the station of Karlsplarz to stand a few minutes and observe the beauty of the decoration of the two pavilions.

  • The building is original and beautiful but the museum is a ensemble of copies and modern models without soul. There isn't an original or even photo of real finished buildings. Save the money and go to the pub.
