  • Very nice and cozy, with food and entertainment options. Calm and practical, because it is at the doorstep of several great museums. For those who like art, and likes to mix it up, this is a point to visit.

  • I love this museum quarter. It's modern and classical at the same time. I love the variation of museums, the events they have, the fact that you can eat vegan cupcakes at Leopold Museum, that kids can go in for free and that it is so easy to reach. I'd go here every day if I could.
  • Very interesting. Well presented and informative. Many different museums in one place. Obviously you need to be interested in modern art for the Mumok. The Leopold is maybe more accessible for the average person. Worth getting a combined ticket. It saves money. Expect to spend a couple of hours in each if you can be bothered to read everything and appreciate the art on display.
  • Easy one - it's central, lovely in content and food options: at least two great places to eat at, and several museums to choose of. Mumok is my favorite, cute shop too. Of course, depending on what exhibition is on at the moment. Several breakfast options too, great meeting point, and a huge book shop in the center front
  • The national Museum is one of the best in the world with all that great old art and everywhere big sofas to admire the paintings. For the rest the museum of modern art has lost its connection with the public showing mostly experimental art which is only understood by a small circle of people. It’s so ironic the staff in the museum consists mostly of foreign workers for who the shown art cannot be further away from home than ever.
  • A wonderful experience walking along the MuseumsQuartier. Aside from the art and architecture on display, the people were incredibly friendly and helpful. As a non-native speaker I found navigating easy and intuitive.
