  • Liked it more than in Berlin, as in Vienna a lot more shapes and space for good photos.

  • Honestly, I was in the Museum of wax figures for the first time. For people such as I am quite good. And for those who have visited the Museum of London will not be particularly interesting since in Vienna no longer such an assortment of shapes as in London. And the price in London will be cheaper (checked) for children is not particularly interesting, as they still do not know these celebrities. For the first time I have left good impressions, but I think this Museum at once, we bypassed all somewhere for 40-60 min. Better to visit this Museum in London or just go take a ride on the carousel in the world which is located in the Park

  • Located within the famous Pratter Park the Museum presents some 80 celebrities between modern times and passed. The ticket price is €23, though if in possession of the Vienna Card you can get a discount. The tour lasts about an hour. You can also book online and save 40% of the ticket price. Fun for both adults and children.

  • We bought Combo Tickets online of Madame Tussauds and The Giant wheel Across for a good discount together online. The Experience to PDF tickets to real Was Seamless. The Statues are VERY WELL made but a Few. And As a Indian with so many Indian Statues in The London Madame Tussauds there are none to see here. All In all a Good Experience
  • This was the first wax museum that I have visited, and I loved it. It was a total fun being there, we were enjoyed by the beauty of Princess Sisi, you can debate the relativity theory with Albert Einstein, Freud will invite you on his couch to a psychoanalysis of your mind, you can stay in spotlight beside Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn will tell you to a cup of coffee how she won the first Oscar Prize and Queen Elisabeth the Second will gladly take a picture with you. If you have the occasion to visit Wien, I recommend it.
  • This place is included for free in Vienna Pass. Good experience to see how famous celebrities would most likely look like in person. The place is interactive and fun to take pictures with. However, we got disappointed when the ticketing receptionist told us that we were not allowed to take picture if we do not buy their brochure. And upon exiting, we were also asked if we took any photos while inside the museum. There are other Madame Tussauds across other countries in Europe, I wonder if they also treat clients the same way.
  • Nice place, clean, well maintained. Slightly smaller than the one in London, for ex, but still great fun. Pretty pricey. And my main complaint: I asked George Clooney how to pick up girls and he never answered. :)
  • Well maintained, humble staff, nice ambience. Statutes were very live. Loved clicking pictures. Being Indian I loved Mahatma Gandhi's statue. Place offers wax statues of many great personalities.

Where to stay in Vienna

As a former imperial capital, Vienna is full of lavish hotels reminiscent of the city’s royal past. If you’re traveling on a budget, it’s not hard to find hotels for a more affordable price. Consider staying in the Innere Stadt, or First District, if you only have a short time in town, as you’ll be within easy walking distance to many of the city’s main tourist attractions. Outside of the central core, Leopoldstadt, or Second District, lines the Danube and offers peaceful walks through tree-lined paths. For shopaholics, Mariahilf, or Sixth District, is a central neighborhood with busy shopping streets and lively markets.
