  • It is a simple church, lacking any interesting interior. Being considerably less busy than other churches in its proximity, it is worth visiting for a prayer but not for sightseeing.  more »
  • From the Stephansdom St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Kärntner Strasse pedestrian Kärntner Straße South, headed for Cape Tsin Church Kapuzinerkirche. And even here in the Imperial crypt, Kaisergruft, enshrined in the people of the House of Habsburg Habsburg. Popular Empress Elisabeth Elisabeth Amalie Eugenie and the yoshito Emperor Franz Josef I celebrated as mother of Franz Joseph I of Austria Maria Theresa managed to match the hand because it was lined with coffins and yoshito Franz of Franz I and Maria Thersia. In a deep emotion or sleeping in front of people who built a long House of Habsburg Haus Habsburg history and I think I became full.

  • In 1988 I went to live in Vienna. Shortly thereafter, died the last Austrian empress Zita. The funeral ceremony was touching. After parading through the city amid a drizzle, the parade, pulled by the PR Kurt Waldheim, stopped at the door and capuxinho inside asked: who's there? and the Butler replied, Zita, imperial and declined all their titles. The Friar replied "don't know" and asked again who was there? the answer "Zita, his Empress and, again," don't know ". Finally asked who was there? "and the answer," Zita, a woman who seeks peace. " Then opened the gate and the Vienna Boys Choir in the church receive Zita singing the hymn. It was really beautiful the ceremony. Worth the visit.
