The road to Serfaus is currently locked because a suspension threatens to slide off. On the home page of Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis, we found information on the current status of days previously regularly, yet we had a queasy feeling that would succeed in the organizers of the race against time and we really achieve Serfaus. But here are pros at work! In time, the emergency road about Ladis was ready for all holidaymakers! The arrival and departure was very well organised, in Ried, we had to wait only 1/2 hour, then it went completely without any problems up to the sunny plateau! In between were water bottles for the holidays and for children gummy bears distributed :-)) so we are excited and say our most expressed thank you to all participants who have worked around the clock! It has been confirmed once again why we spend our winter holidays here for 33 years. Now we are enjoying a relaxing holiday in the beautiful Hotel Garnì Montana Serfaus Andi Althaler, Mary and her team. The ski area is also the hammer, it is still really good powder snow in the Valley! Thank you, thank you, thank you again to all hard-working helpers, you guys are the absolute top! The locker rooms, which are included in the price of accommodation free to the means of transport and attractions is turned every year to screw of the customers satisfaction. Angles in some zones of lift, gewämte chair lift seats, groomed slopes, to spend the night, culinary options and the possibility of three differently designed 'villages' at different prices are very appealing. The only fly in the ointment siund etzwas late opening hours of the cable cars and lifts: 08:45 is not up-to-date, if even the ski courses start early. There is a jam actually inevitable - too bad!
My all time favourite ski resort! Great for families with children as well as adults. Few challenging slopes though. Lots of sun, lots of snow and high enough to be cold enough. A skipass can be quite expensive though, but what you get for it is priceless. Over the years the area has become more and more popular and therefore the number of people on the slopes also has increased gradually.
Lovely village. Underground free train. Extensive slopes. Well organised entry into gondolas (rather than the usual rude European pushing in). Cheap ski/boot storage at the gondola.
Very nice ski area with many slopes and good snow quality. The price for a day ticket is OK. The restaurants are a bit expansive. An après ski atmosphere did not evolve at the end of the ski day.
Spacious ski area with loads of red and blue slopes but also demanding blacks. Probably best place for skiing with kids. When going for lunch or a breack you have the choice of modern mountain restaurants or cozy ski huts. All in all simply amazing!
Excellent ski resort. 230km of slopes, any kind you like (from beginners to advanced). In Serfaus there's an underground tram on aircussions, really great for the kids and you get very fast to the slopes.
