  • Just inches away from Bavaria at the very end of Germany, just across the border in Austria, it is possible to visit this throat within a canyon with a lot of water. The story of the Seisenberg Gorge, located in Weissbach near Lofer in Austria, began about 12,000 years ago, at the end of the ice age. From 1831 the lumberjacks would have appeared the first 600 metres of this spectacular walk.
