This church you can see from many points in Salzburg, so in that way totally not hidden. Still it is about 5-10 minutes away from the heart of town. But I can tell you it is really worth visiting. The...  more »

The Church of our Lady of the assumption (also known as Church of Sant'Agostino), stands on a hill in the neighbourhood and a settlement of worship seems Mülln dates back to the 12th century. It was once one of the most experienced of the city, because in a defensive position and better visibility on the possible arrival of enemies has been altered over time since its current building (15th century) and today shows Gothic and Baroque aspects, like many other city churches. In the 19th and 20th centuries has also hosted some Benedictine monks, which no longer exist. No particular artistic value, but it is perhaps one of the most striking churches city location. P.s.: about 300 meters from the church you go to see one of the famous breweries towns (AugustinerBraü) with nice biergarten!

Many will know this church only by the vorgeigehen, since the biological delights lure of the Augustinian of Bräustüberls. The brewery belongs to the monastery in Michaelbeuren and therefore the cross reference. As the lambs not in the Church, the "enterprising Pastor" just has a clinic in the Bäustüberl. This is Church customer SERVICE! Around the church there still however gabs has long been in the letztne years many activities and is the last point that accessibility of the cemetery again. All in all very successful and should there be the possibility of a Urnenbesattung later. Would be a very a floor. You must be a Christian to here to an idea of a place of strength.

Where to stay in Salzburg

There’s no better area to stay in the city where Mozart was born than the historical city center, a World Heritage Site. Salzburg's hub offers comfortable accommodations nestled between a rich array of sights. The Salzach River cuts directly through town, dividing the city into east and west. Look for accommodations in the Altstadt, tucked in between the river and the city’s mountain, Monchsberg. For budget-minded travelers, try a centrally located youth hostel or small hotel. If price isn’t an issue, splurge on Austrian luxury in an upscale hotel.
