  • Really a great experience for families. A wonderfully delightful Castle. The prey is very great. The two falconers are very knowledgeable and friendly. The Rosenburg is always a trip.

  • Beautiful, well maintained castle with a super bonus: dogs are welcome! And you can really tell that they are welcome, because there are on every corner water bowls and also "bag" dispensers filled (that is otherwise so not common, while hanging around are but empty). Also dogs are allowed and anywhere. The leadership is very informative, the gardens beautiful and the falconry thought anyway a great experience in itself. Be sure to also visit, the tavern is very nice and the restaurant should be very good. Sure we will be back...

  • In the romantic Renaissance castle high above the wild Kamp Valley one resets in the time of Knights and their courtly cravings. In the large farms seen riding tournaments, Showmen, in the middle ages in love with visitors dressed in original costumes, birds of prey demonstrations and tasty culinary delicacies. Who wants to relax but the noisy bustle finds its rest in the idyllic Schlossgarten or can beguile his gaze at the wide prospect. There are also regular cultural events such as lectures and concerts in the original Castle Library. A location worth visiting for families with children as well as for those interested in culture. Incidentally, the famous monastery of Altenburg, with its Baroque monuments situated only a "stone's throw".
