  • 590 bus from hauptbahnhof Innsbruck to the glacier ridden in 1.5 hours. It was quite a, but there is a lot to see on the road and as far as we are concerned, worth it. When we arrived at the first elevator up it was very busy. We first had to buy 1 day ticket. This did not immediately good. I had the Lady at the desk not well understood. She was very angry with me. I had not listened carefully. This may well be true, but the way it spoke to me was not pleasant. What a pity! Then in line for the elevator this went quickly and smoothly. Once at the top we all spread very fast and you notice nothing more of any hustle and bustle. We found it a pleasant ski resort. All ski runs are well marked, are nice and wide and well prepared. There are plenty of red and blue runs for a pleasant day of skiing. There are also black slopes these, however, were not open because of the hard storm. The restaurants are well signposted and easy to reach. There are also a number of intersport shops on the slopes. Here, too, everything is clearly marked and super convenient. Special mention deserves the toilet at restaurant Eisgrat. It is there very very clean! Everything goes automatically the SOAP, water, drying your hands. You can clean the toilets everywhere is thought of. Also in the restaurant Eisgrat everything runs smoothly. The people are nice, the food is great. More than enough choice and large. The pastas are all made fresh. Very special.

  • as always the Austrie confirms the quality of its ski slopes for all, most top plants makes it the new gondola EISGRAT confirms the fact that this is serious. World class facility built in less than two years despite having worked from 1800 to 2900 meters above sea level. We doubt this could happen ... apres ski downstream is practically a open air disco. fun! prices in line with the place and naturally beautiful landscapes, from above you see the Marmolada! eye that often the wind is also felt because most of the track is from 2600 to 3200 meters.

  • We skied for 3 days in this Valley, lovely and with beautiful and easy. My children of 6 and 8 years old enjoyed themselves so much in spite of the strong wind.

  • awesome! good service and location! allways enough snow and Apreshi parties :)
  • Excellent and clean facilities with Intersport shop and basically 2 cable gondolas Gamsgarten and Eisgrat. In the morning the queues can be long, so "the early birds catch the worms". Skiing down from both sub-peaks gives the challenge to re-enter a gondola midway so better stay high until 10:00 or so. One of the best skiing resorts in Austria. With the challenging Route 13 and more than 10km long "Talfart" Wilde Grub'n. Various good restaurants.
  • Best Glacier in Europe, full stop, 4 glaciers in one. You can ski all year around, during July I was able to ski from 3200 to 2600m (3km run!). The valley is untouched by man, its views nothing short of breathtaking.
  • It was in may. We still had lots of snow the slops were great. Good to know that snows is still good that late in the year
  • Since really nice routes but be warned that many will be shut if you go later in the season.
