  • Visited with an excursion that gave us four hours at the falls. Four hours for €3 each was remarkably good value. There was a long and slow moving queue for tickets but once in it's only a short downh...  more »
  • Beautiful waterfalls to go view, well worth the effort. Also it horeca fun but beware, you can pay with map and there is nowhere because we are not used to pay cash we have nothing to eat or drink. While there are fun and attractive from all saw. So miss you much sales??? I understand that in the current time. So take enough cash along too for the entrance of three euros: (((

  • The waterfalls have a very good reputation which they only partially meet. Because they are extremely crowded for the holiday season are here (not only feels like) 2000 other "wanderers". The routes are indeed broad but it is itself constantly in the way and on the viewing platforms you may took then a place for a photo. At least it is suitable also for children who want to enjoy nature but also a little urgently should avoid the holidays/peak hours,

  • Very nice place. Note, if want to climb to the waterfall bring suitable shoes to avoid sliding. The ticket price is €3 per person and keep the ticket because they will ask for it when you go out. It's good idea to bring your own snacks if you want to stay longer. Have fun:)
  • We seriously needed to come up with a better word than 'Wow...wow..wow" which became a constant murmur as we trekked our way to the top of this spectacular waterfall. Words seemed dull in the enormity of its presence that shifted with every angle of the assent. This was a fantastic day which we are so glad we did. We were travelling with a German friend who had not heard of the area and was so glad to have come here too. A few tips: the walk to the top is hard, but not impossible and I'm relatively unfit at the moment. Take your time and head up early in the day before it gets too hot. On the heat note, we expected it to be quite cool, but on our particular day it was blisteringly hot. Also, there is an alternative route from the halfway point which we took on the way back called "The Alten Tor" that travels along the other side of the river. We took this route on the way back and loved it. We understood it to be the original route through the mountains in that area and had been used for 1000s of years. It's a lot less maintained, but in our opinion was a nice change and closer to the nature feel of a walk in nature.
  • It's impressive :) you can hike up to the top with look outs along the way and a place to eat at the end. Just make sure to give yourself plenty of time.
  • Incredible waterfall, which is awe inspiring to stand under. You can also walk up it to see great views of the valley
  • Great hike, small fee to get in but worth it as they use it to maintain the hiking paths. You can slowly make your way up to the top of the falls. They have made convenient stops in between where you get awesome views and a little bit of a "rain shower" too. Hike to middle falls with beautiful view is about 40 minutes up a nice hiking path.
