  • Huge collection - a life's work - contemporary Austrian art. In modern architecture with perfect exhibition spaces. Unfortunately some of the shot and quite expensive to reach. Exhibitions sometimes quite provocative. A few steps away - in the Baumax headquarters - there is another exhibition. Unfortunately, the Museum also Baumax from the picture will disappear.

  • A great Museum, singular in Austria with regard to collection, special exhibitions, ambitions for music and literature, children's programme etc. Maintaining unfortunately mainly by an ignorant Minister of culture (which also no longer there) failing

  • Nice contemporary museum and famous in Vienna for its exposition of controversial pieces of art! Unfortunately it is shutting down!
  • wednesday afternoon free entrance
  • The Museum architecturally already worth seeing and after the pen probably the prettiest building in the city. To bring the exhibitions in advance in experience won't hurt, because the offer changes constantly and is varied. This meant that on a very subjective subject such as art of course not everything has fallen. But definitely worth a visit if you know that you want to see the artists or themes, which are now exhibited. The Café on the 2nd floor is occupied by friendly waiters always and in the summer you can sit on the terrace still comfortably out in the wake of the tour.
