  • Wonderful Church, like most of Austria's Catholic churches. This church seeks the input of 1 euro to take pictures inside. On the outside there is a beautiful square, perfect for photos too.

  • Definitely not to be missed if you visit Innsbruck. The exterior is impressive and the Cathedral is located near the Imperial Palace, in the heart of the old town. In the immediate vicinity there is also a fountain and some bench to sit. Recommended.

  • Impressive baroque cathedral very typical of the style. I would recommend making a few minutes in your schedule to see it.
  • The organ is spectacular. You need to pay a euro or two for photo permission before entering.
  • No entrance fee but taking photo for 1 euro!
  • The Domkirche zu St. Jakob (Cathedral of St. James) is an 18th-century Baroque cathedral in Innsbruck, Austria. Innsbruck Cathedral has a plain but window-filled facade with two towers topped with domes. A large dome covers the transept crossing. The interior is fully decorated in the Baroque style, with contributions from the Asam Brothers. The main attraction of the interior is the altarpiece entitled Maria Hilf (Mary of Succor) by Lucas Cranach the Elder. Also of interest is a monument of 1620 honoring Archduke Maximilian III (d.1618), in the north aisle.
  • It's a quaint cathedral but persists upon itself. The gaudy spectacle of golden everything is too much.
