  • for visitors to Innsbruck. Very impressive presentation of Tyrolean history at the Museum, as well as by the giant circular painting. It has really gained at its new location. It is believed one stands in the middle of the action. The Kaisers infantry Museum is interesting. In between, and a wonderful view over Innsbruck. And then a little refreshment in the connected cosy Bistro. A perfect afternoon trip.

  • There's a super round painting of the battle of Tyrol, before you can see other celebrities also a monument of the famous freedom fighter Andreas Hofer and div.

  • The painting is very impressive. The museum itself is very modern. Audio guide for free. Without, it makes too little sense. Unfortunately even something very heroic. Affiliate Kaiserjäger Museum very poses for beginners of this matter.

  • Nice museum! The panorama is the big draw but I felt was underwhelming compared to the Tirolese collection downstairs. Walking across to the Kaiserjagermuseum is recommended if time allows. Lots of military history there.
  • The panoramic painting itself is neat, and the museum itself tells some interesting history of the area. It is of course told from the Austrian side, so the fact that they ultimately lost the battle described in the painting is glossed over along with any better sense of how the story fits into Napoleonic history.
  • It good to see the view of innsbruck over there.
  • Nice place and close to there a good view of Innsbruck and Tirol.
  • Nice view
