  • Situated overlooking Innsbruck, I found the University's Botanical Garden (one of 2000 worldwide) was a steep uphill walk, about 18-20 minutes away from the city centre. Expect to see a lot of green i...  more »
  • If you are especially interested in Alpine flowers, there are many on display. It's a small garden and pleasant to walk around but not especially impressive for the average tourist.  more »

  • Very pretty.
  • Interesting Park with many, some rare plant species. Positive, is that the entrance is free of charge, less positive is that the system looks somewhat unkempt and the information content rather hard to receive. The greenhouses are in part in a rather neglected state, the signs in the plants to the part not or only heavily assignable. The orientation is difficult, it is unclear what is where at what times.
