  • Have been in the advent season there. Very nice facility, animals may run around freely. Stands are beautiful, great exhibition! Parking available including transfer to the goods. Price totally ok... is also the animals. When you're close to necessarily come!

  • I was already the 3rd time on gut Aiderbichl. For 2 years I have a partial sponsorship for a bull. Good Aiderbichl is a peaceful place and every resident has a story. That's why I recommend, be sure to take one of the hourly guided tours. There is how it came to the creation of gut Aiderbichl told and it is live animals here also told. Children have are required lots of ways to pet animals, dogs are also welcome, but on a leash. If I'm in Bavaria or Austria, it pulls me again and again to this wonderful place.

  • Good Aiderbichl is located about 15 km outside of Salzburg and is accessible by the bus of line 130 in 30 minutes. Decision is the bus ride and you will be picked up by a shuttle. There are sufficient parking spaces for cars and they are free. If you are travelling however publicly: back drive shuttle only to 15 h and 17 h. At the weekend to 14 h and 16 h. Admission: 9 euro's is a peaceful place. Maintained, solid, clean, romantic, lovely and quaint. Busy bustle, without Streß, because the employees have a lot to do with the stables and feeding. You can feel the love and respect for the animals, who casually walk around between visitors. Who takes time should make the Guide and read also the signs that tell the stories of individual destinies. No fear! It is not sad, but pleased with the Happy ending! In the large restaurant with large shop feel also. The food is almost mandatory, of course meatless. The selection is very small. Now I cannot help but to wonder why vegetarians love to get chips? Or nuggets? As if already vegetarian but correctly. Personally, I am not a vegetarian, but meatless cook you could better today. Fact: The love of good taste in the background remains in the kitchen... Whether large, whether small, here a wonderfully human project is brought close to attacking and hopefully touched everyone who enters this extraordinary place!

  • Nice park to see it is a charity where animals can retire and have a better life. Beatiful to see how the want to teach people something about the common hidden lived of a lot of animals like pigs and cows. The help the animals directly and indirectly this way. Also it is just great fun to get so see animals walk around freely and being able to cuddle them.
  • Quite a range of animals roaming around - great if you (or your kids) like to get hand-on with pigs, goats, donkeys etc. Our kids loved it. The restaurant was a bit disappointing - I would have expected more from a vegan/vegetarian restaurant than just fast-food without the meat: chips and pizza was the core of the offering. The road-train ride around the area was a scenic route, but the moderation was a bit listless... I guess there wasn't a lot to tell, but it would have been just as nice to drive the circuit slowly with your own car (it's all on public roads) and the windows open.
  • Lovely place if you love animals!
  • It is simply wonderful, what Michael called in the life. He really is an Angel for animals. Gut Aiderbichl in Henndorf, Austria and also the other Aiderbichl courtyards are incredibly beautiful and dignified places for animals that are lovingly furnished and maintained by very competent staff. I'm glad that there is such a thing and so many animals are rescued. I wish Michael von Herzen all the best and hope that he will be fully recovered.

  • We were done for the first time at gut Aiderbichl (on the site of Henndorf) and very happy animals. You can see that it very fine, because they simply just yet "may live". Donkeys, goats, ponies, alpacas etc roam free and let partially to pet. Totally enjoyed our 4jährigen daughter. Although it is a sanctuary, it is not a bitter sight. Most of the animals are visually "normal", but often simply could no longer bring the performance expected from the previous owners. Very much recommended for one or more trips!
