  • I agree that you are making a mess between the Kelten Museum in town in Hallein and the area rebuilt in Bad Durrnberg near mines. The photo this attraction is wrong and refers to the area of mines. The Museum is located in the city and instead through 3 floors traces the history of the area by Celtic finds so far. The Museum can be visited on the same ticket in mines (also applies to the silent night museum at Hallein). Fun also for children who have various stations divas do games and drawings, in addition to playing one of the wooden slides for miners. To see.

  • The Celts were very widespread in Europe at the time. As Museum shows in Hallein, Celtic on looked like a Celtic village could have. The Celts were the first people here have started with the salt mining.
