  • Have today - on a hot summer day the Lurgrotte visited and have really enjoyed the cool trip. The sympathetic lead through the impressive part of the cave is sure worth the money. Take absolutely warm and waterproof clothing.

  • Super cooling off on hot days. Working Guide makes very entertaining. Beautiful cave with some sculptures. Good to go for children from 4.

  • Interesting guide with approximately 1.5 hours duration. Very well suited for the Kinder children and teens. A little scary but really worth seeing. Necessarily long pants, sweater and possibly headgear.

  • This is the biggest cave in Austria (36 km). The galleries are quite tall and spectacular. The presence of water inside creates beautiful formations. The cave is flooded during heavy rains and it is closed for public. The price is 7.5 EUR for adults but it's totally worthed.
  • Ok
  • The guides are very interesting. Our questions were answered competently. There are certainly more beautiful and larger caves, but to get an idea of all is good. The paths are well built and can easily be walked. Highly recommended. Parking is sufficiently available.

  • A very beautiful Grotto something hidden location. You can park for free right in front of the entrance, however, who drives a tank should include dear one the front parking since the trees are quite closely. The tour takes about an hour and the mountain guide explains everything very accurate and interesting and child-friendly children. But those who don't can the Austrian dialect should from an info the caves give Guide. In the grotto, footwear is sturdy clothes very useful, such as water. It's not quite warm inside with 10 CRAD Celsius. Is fixed and mobility are also a good choice. Not suitable for wheelchairs. The long guide are offered only in the winter. Unfortunately the one or the other natural goods have been destroyed inside intentionally by people.

Where to stay in Graz

Austria’s second-largest city offers a large selection of accommodation options for every type of traveler. Outside of the city’s core in the Lend district are more affordable lodgings. Roughly a ten-minute walk to the Altstadt, this area provides an economical alternative while still keeping you close to the attractions. If you’re willing to compromise on privacy, the best prices are in private accommodations in local homes. Often this means sharing a bathroom with other guests and occasionally even the homeowners.
