  • Forget your theme parks - take the family to the 'the Caves' I went first thing - only 4 of us on this trip - the later group was 20+ 1 hour in the caves - the route back is slightly shorter - beautif...  more »
  • We chose the destination on profit and loss. We didn't really know what it was, which made us curious. Once there, we could see that there was nothing for us. Many others probably thought the same as us for the parking lot was empty. We walked around the area but never into the cave, so really, I should not speak at all about the destination. However, we do not go back again. But for you, maybe this is a top travel destination?

  • An interesting walk through a cave system, which is sometimes strenuous due steep climbs over steps, normal lead time approx. 1Stde. One needs to focus on the way and can not look at this as precisely the speleothems. Warm clothing is recommended, of course also in the summer.

  • Entertaining variation on hot days and cold, because there is a constant temperature on the spot. Here, a river flows to the mountain. Interesting to hear, how fast it can grow and were as high then the water in the cave. Kinda exciting to hear that you would... not survive then The guide is interesting and was bored at any time.

  • Participation in field trips of the Conference of the Geodäsiestudiernden. Was one of my top excursions. Will look like so again with friends. Worth a visit!

  • This very beautiful and great Grotto (the largest in Austria) is surrounded by mines. The leadership is exciting and entertaining, also available with smaller children.

  • I've been to many caves and this is also impressive. What really has wondered, that there was hardly any visitors. Is Yes of course better in smaller group, but too bad.
