Where to stay in Graz

Austria’s second-largest city offers a large selection of accommodation options for every type of traveler. Outside of the city’s core in the Lend district are more affordable lodgings. Roughly a ten-minute walk to the Altstadt, this area provides an economical alternative while still keeping you close to the attractions. If you’re willing to compromise on privacy, the best prices are in private accommodations in local homes. Often this means sharing a bathroom with other guests and occasionally even the homeowners. • Stalactite cave. Car park available. Buses should park better immediately after the entrance from the main road. Tables and benches from the cave for about 20 people there. Small kiosk. Important: Good shoes and something warm to wear (in the cave it can be equally cold). Essential info about opening hours and prices a hollow. Highly recommended. A highlight among attractions in Styria.

  • Very interesting for the whole family. Always cool place, enough parking.

  • Super destination, especially on hot summer days. The leaders are trying very hard and competently respond to questions. Adventure tours are possible against applications (much to recommend - rappelling, absolute silence and darkness at lust can be floated out of the cave). Also suitable for children.

  • all year round you can visit this cave, which was made accessible on the tedious way up into 1 km depth for normal visitors. in the winter months you can book adventure guide one, which then 6-9h takes. highly recommended!
