  • a walk of the old town, visitors come involuntarily at the iron gate. The iron gate no longer there is to see, but this is one of the best places for a nice photo in the Herrengasse is. There are also benches to linger, where you're usually too busy.

  • The actual iron gate yes no longer can be visited. Still, It takes place here tremendously. The Christmas market is one of the most popular in Graz. But in the summer you can find hardly free benches around the fountain. The space invites you to linger after a walk through the Herrengasse.

  • The course "at the iron gate" is one of Graz places with the most beautiful flowers. It is very good for a nice photo opportunity in the direction of Herrengasse. There are quite a few benches that invite you to linger around the fountain.

  • Nice place.
  • The course at the iron gate is a triangular course between Opera ring and Herrengasse in the first District of Graz Innere Stadt and is named after the former City gate. Important sights include the fountain (1928) by Tassilo Hüller and the Marian column.

  • The "entrance" to the Herrengasse! Whether summer or winter, a mandatory visit to Graz!
