  • The actual iron gate yes no longer can be visited. Still, It takes place here tremendously. The Christmas market is one of the most popular in Graz. But in the summer you can find hardly free benches around the fountain. The space invites you to linger after a walk through the Herrengasse.

  • The course "at the iron gate" is one of Graz places with the most beautiful flowers. It is very good for a nice photo opportunity in the direction of Herrengasse. There are quite a few benches that invite you to linger around the fountain.

  • The triangular area of the ensemble began to emerge on the kraške of the old part of Graz in the 15th and 16th centuries. The final look of the district received much later, after the demolition of the ancient walls surrounding the city center. The final appearance of the area when in the midst of her builders hoisted column in honor of the Virgin. If you go through the old city from the fortress to the South-East, familiarity with the area of finishes.
