  • The red thread: lack customer service, come hotel, a mediocre Spa and food, that is not really defensible one in years. We were suspicious about a rugged information at the front desk where what is located. The answer: everything in the brochure is available. The family room is simple, not to say it lacks modernity. When the air conditioning is running, then it feels as driving the tractor around the room. She can't, it's too hot, because you can't open the window. Also there is no minibar/fridge, and the baby corner on the ground floor is little appealing. The absolute low point is the food at the restaurant. Buffet with missing signs. Indefinable meat in a thick sauce. LEB - and Loveless salads and a Desserbuffet that supports each weight loss attempt because so little inviting and tastefully. Too bad also that's while children chairs there, that are so deep, that the children on the table need to access high. Not in the sense of the inventor. The Spa has come in the year. There are much too narrow set of concerns, and no where you can sit comfortably with baby. What exactly is child-friendly here? And why do advertising with babies. Maybe something has escaped us, or you didn't inform us - only "resort" is not absolutely our expectations - and we advise families that are eligible for a nice stay with great service, which to a different location.

  • Spa for kids with slides and wave pools and warm water paradise. for older, childless peace zones. Moderate pool bar Preise.Therme for families.

  • EIR were fortunate that the nix was really going on in the three days. It was fun really to have the Spa 'almost' for us alone. The weather has also played with. We were almost all the time in the open air. We staff, relaxed... also... again.

  • Perfect for Families with younger children, it's loud but that's no problem for you ;). The Kids love ❤ the mascot "Hoppi Ho", a large chick. At summertime they have although some very big outdoor bouncy castles.
  • It's definitely a place for families. Very crowded and full of kids. The wellness and Sauna area is beautiful indeed. Definitely worth the 5€ extra. Stayed as an overnight guest. You can enter the room at 15:00 no earlier. With the standard room you are asked to pay 10€ cleaning fee for every bathrobe (so bring your own) no slippers included. At least you get a towel each. On the day you leave you can upgrade your stay in the thermal spring bath for 5€ until 14:00 not including the sauna area Prices at the pool bar are moderate, cheaper than expected (2,50 Softdrinks, 3,50 Longdrinks - gin tonic comes with Gordon's and Thomas Henry) Rooms are modern and clean, but small.. Nothing luxurious. Depending on the price it can be worth a visit. Had a good rate at 44€ / night including breakfast and dinner.
  • A typical family place, great for kids
  • Spent here 3 nights with 1,5y old twins. This is definitely not a hotel for children younger than 3-4 years. Reason (and cons): 1.) dangerous wading pool, you loose control over the child for 3 seconds by moving from back to front of the smallest slide in the pool (what caused several times of slipped baby diving under the water) 2.) inappropriately spicy and salty food for children, fried meat, hot-dog and fries what we definitely do not consider as baby-buffet, mostly clear soups without any creativity. There were some exceptions however not as regular buffet. 3.) sharp wooden edges in the room, especially the bed head - 4.) WTF motion sensor in bathroom??? you wave to turn on light again if you have #2, if you have shower, if you bath the children!!!. Stupid idea. 5.) Wi-Fi only at the lobby, not in the room - that sounds as previous century. You have to retype the password every time you connect in lobby - really previous century. 6.) Baby corner only for older kids, there is no proper corner for 1,5y kids. Forget about having children in the baby corner, having dinner at the table and having view on the children. 7.) There is plenty of space for 2 baby cots in the room but they refuse to give you second cot because of "fire reasons". Had to bring my own. Pros: a) nice warm and clean water in pools b) direct transfer-tunnel to spa from hotel c) nice staff greeting you everywhere prepared to help you d) quite spacious double-rooms e) good choice of food (breakfast/dinner) for adults f) plenty of outdoor play equipment
  • Vers Nice place to swim und have fun
