As can be expected, we were able to see hundreds of ways that the wonder ginger can be turned into many delicious products; so, worth seeing, learning and buying.  more »

We walked in the door and pretty well straight out again. Overwhelmed by the amount of merchandise for sale. Hardly a ginger 'factory'. In fairness to the facility we did not go beyond the front shop ...  more »

This is a beautiful place! I really enjoyed the rainforest walk. The tour was also quite insightful and my guide Kelly was friendly yet professional. Bought heaps of goodies that I will put to great use!! Will be back :))

The tour was very nice and well done. It was surprising to learn how much actually goes into ginger harvesting and processing. The ginger tasting was neat because it shows many different ways of using ginger in cooking. The only suggestion is to go on a weekday so you can see the ginger processing in action rather than as a more static display.

As an adult attraction, the tour was disappointing. It was a walk by a 2 windows overlooking the two phases of processing, and some murals, followed by a marketing session of products masked as a tasting. Grounds were well groomed and were perfect setting for the stores selling goods. amazing that it has the reputation it has. Not to say that the original premise of learning about ginger is not bad.

Great place. Plenty to see and do. Even if you don't like ginger this is a fun place to visit. Glad we stopped in.

A family favourite. Great in all weather conditions. Great value if you are local and buy a year pass. Children under 4 are free on the rides. Oh and did i mention delicious ginger!
