  • We went there on a wet day & the train was not working. Which is one of the main attractions. Not really that much to do. Quite expensive for what you get. They could do with more indoor activities.  more »
  • The gardens are beautiful and the entry is free, there is a charge for the train and boat. There is plenty to see and buy however I do not recommend the ice cream. It is a very nice place to visit.  more »
  • Decided to take a drive to Noosa on the way we visited the Ginger factory at Yandina, lush green plants growing around many types of ginger plants. Pleasant cafe atmosphere and little shops, train rid...  more »

  • I really like to stop at this place on my way to Brisbane. Beautiful food, gorgeous scenery and wonderful shopping. Good for kids with a the train and boat ride. Clean and friendly. I love the little rainforest walk and I always find something in the shops.. Good stop for the family
  • The Ginger ice-cream was nice and my young son loved the train. I wouldn't drive a long way to go here but if you are close by then it is a nice place to spend an hour or two.
  • Drives me crazy going here so much as it's very repetitive but my daughter loves it. She would go daily if we let her. She's 2. The cafe has fairly average good though, horrid coffee, and can be a long wait if they are busy.
  • Well its the place to be seen at if you are holidaying in the area. People are always in a buying frenzie for great ginger and chocolates etc. The kids can have a train ride and all have a bite to eat or better still desert. Its an iconic part of the sunshine coast.
  • A tourist trap. We went to see the ginger factory but it was very disappointing. All it is, is a window over the factory floor that you can look through and a 4min video followed by a couple of small nibbles and a marketing promo. Not worth it. I recommend the nut shop across the road which is much better. The coffee place across the road is alsovery good
