  • This is such a fabulous place. I don't even know where to start, there are just so many good things about this community space. We tend to go to the cafe for breakfast/brunch and the tavern for dinner...  more »
  • We went to the cafe for a family birthday lunch on a Saturday and everyone was happy with their food. The meals were much as you would expect in a good pub these days. Staff were friendly and helpful....  more »
  • Not much to do and felt was wasted journey to go there. Choclate shop was nice but very expensive. They need more things to do and see.  more »

  • Tried to go in for a lunch then we were rudly greeted by The Middle Aged blond woman who works at the milk bar, so incredibly disgusted with the way we were spoken to. She treated us like crap for no reason at all, all we were doing was trying to eat lunch. We thought we had a great day planned by going to go on a row boat, have some lunch and let our daughter have a play, guess not though, we were spoken to so rudely by staff we had to leave before even ordering. Your money would be better spent elsewhere! I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if possible. It's ruined my whole day, no one deserves to go out to lunch then to be spoken to like that!!!
  • Dirty table, covered in raw sugar and a black dust, no easy access to table water, very noisy and ignored by staff. Staff showed little regard for patrons, talking loudly to each other and not interested in patrons.
  • Ordered an $18 + burger only to find it was a processed bought in pattie that tasted like the ones I & J make. Seriously it is not hard to make a pattie that is made on site with fresh herbs and ingredients that tastes great. Chocolate shop too expensive. Cheese shop good
  • Parking was easy, we have a pram and there was parking up front for us. The cheese shop was very tiny, 2 families at a time maximum and no strollers. The staff serving was nice and explained the cheeses made on site. Boutique pricing. We bought the Haloumi as that's what they are known for (according to the staff member). The chocolate shop was much bigger, there was lots of variety and not just chocolate. There was also a window to the kitchen which had everyone glaring in. Boutique pricing. We didn't buy anything as it was more expensive than we preferred to pay for chocolate. The pub menu was quite simple, burgers, schnitzel, steak, pizza etc Taste wise, it was also simple. I don't remember the pricing being too bad. There was lots of areas for kids to play, rooms and outdoor areas. Overall our experience was ok.
  • Have visited the cafe & tavern and I was dissapointed with both the average food and costs for what you get, seemed a bit unclean and outdated.
