  • Modern Italian winery with exploration away from conventional wine taste pallets. It also owns the Mountain View restaurant at juntion to King Valley road.
  • Poor customer service. Never returning! :(
  • Signed up for the curing and salting course. First off half the morning was spent learning how to carve up the carcass, which part was what (though some were obvious) and what each part was best for. I reckoned eating so I went to the top of the class. And so it was, trimming, slicing, mincing, seasoning, squeezing, pumping. All the while Katrina was prepping a roast lunch, and what a lunch it was. Pork crackling, roast carrots n pumpkin, spuds (1cm cubes) herbs, spices and lots of TLC. And there was no shortage of food - a few went back for seconds and still plenty left over. I'm going back to try the other courses. If you don't do anything else this year, do this. Next time tho' I'll be staying at the winery - they have B&B accommodation smack bang in the middle of the casks.
  • Love coming here. Great wines and location.
  • Best wines we've tried in the King Valley so far! The staff were fun, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Looking forward to going back for a cooking class one day!
