A 3rd visit and wasn’t disappointed with the park. It’s always a treat for the kids. However, the food area needed more staff. Only 2 of them and it showed in the waiting times.

I was expecting Caversham Wildlife Park to be kind of small, and to have dry Aussie vegetation and a small selection of animals. It's safe to say I was wrong on all accounts. The place is lush, quite big and packed with great animals. At first the $30 price tag seemed rather steep, (after all it was gonna be small and dry right?) but in all honesty it's well worth the price. It seemed as though every enclosure had animals that were very comfortable with being up close and on display. I love the Zoo, and its great they've got Tigers and all sorts of exotic creatures, but most of the time they're in hiding, or miles away at the back of the enclosures. Not so at Caversham. They're right there in full view. The scheduled events are great too. Watching the Farm Show, and seeing wombats, koalas, snakes and more up close was fantastic. In the centre is a walk through enclosure full of Kangaroos that can be patted and fed. Overall it's a top spot for a close encounter with some great animals. Fun for kids and adults alike.

Great family trip. Walking around the place is great and kids were very happy. Catering is very very very poor though...I don t understand.... The offering, the setting the lot really! Start again!

Love this place. Great place to relax in the sun, with plenty of shade available too. Excellent facilities. Good bush walks with an abundance of native flora and fauna. Great place to bring international guests. 😎

It was great to visit Caversham Wildlife Park again.. Got to be the best attraction in WA. ..................................................... Had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Caversham Wildlife Park. There is an incredible variety of native wildlife to be seen throughout the park - and so easily accessible. With shady pathways winding their way right through. There are countless enclosures set up in a way that replicates the animals' natural habitat. The Dingo, Koalas and Wedge Tailed Eagles were on show too. Really enjoyed walking through the parkland setting with Kangaroos and Wallabies roaming free. The Reptile House is incredible - the variety of snakes found in Australia is quite an eye opener. There is a freshwater Crocodile to see too!
-
Amazing collection of Australian animals and birds. You can feed kangaroos and have photos with koalas. You can even cuddle a koala for an extra cost! But the photo booths are worth it just for a free photo with a koala! We saw some amazing birds and animals that you can't see in the wild or are endangered. Well worth a trip if you're not a local! Or even if you are. There is something for everyone!
