  • Felt like walking off our lunch on my birthday. What a hidden oasis in the suburbs. Nice strolling around the paths and the lake.

  • One of the best parks around - they are a number of entry points, and a number of car parks, so on different days, you can see different bits. The lake has interesting birds, and a path all around. The tea rooms are a good stop. Lots of facilities for picnics. A good spot for taking kids to play on bikes or other wheeled things, but some parts are hilly!
  • Great park probably one of the best ones in the area. Has plenty of BBQ areas and has a number of shared walking paths and bikes paths some that go around the lake, and some that go onto other trails.
  • I play softball here. Great ground. Generally the park is huge with a cafĂ© and play equipment. Lovely for a walk to the lake too.
  • I could write a short story on Jells Park. It is one of the best places to bring your family for a great day out. There is a cafe on the hill which over looks Jells Park lake (spectacular views). Take a stroll, bike ride or throw on your skates and follow the designated payhway which will take you many kilometres on numerous directions. Lotsvof people use the free BBQ,s and outdoor seating for soecisl events. There is wide open spaces for children and animals to roam and plenty of water to drink from fountains along the pathway. There is plenty of parking and rest rooms. I visit this park often to chill out, its such a restfull place
  • Great place for families. Kids can enjoy the playgrounds there. Easy bike tracks for all age. Good BBQ facilities. Nice lake view.
