  • So run down it's just sad. The little penguin isn't even on the map and has about 4 inches of water in his pool. Appalling.
  • Unless you are really desperate to cuddle a koala, this place is not really all that attractive or worth the money. Its located in the middle of the suburbs, around suburban houses. Its not all that b...  more »
  • Family of four went by bus from Sydney. Sydney bus ride is a little difficult and hard to understand where to get off, but somehow arrived, making sure Google maps. Bus stop was front of the Koala Park. Little Koala shack after arrival? The were lined with 10 groups so each group into the cabin, touching photos, to experience feeding. 2 side by side, so I was able to meet koalas. Other large Zoo located in Sydney and I was in the Koala Park, was. Besides Koala Kangaroo space, buy bait at 2.5 dollars, feeding them and was also touching. Noisy, could stay in about 2 hours, family of four, was satisfied. Like a koala dying, so please come try. Recommended Su.

  • My son and i loved it!!! 120 out of 100 for keeping it going in now whats considered the big smoke!!! It would be great if all local folks supported it and donated some funds to renovate it . Perhaps Tara Dennis and team could get involved .
  • It is a great place to go with children. Yet, it is looking a little run down and needs a revamp. You need cash with you as the minimum eftpos is $10, and food for the kangaroos is $2.50. Everything is quite expensive so a good idea to bring your own food and drinks.
  • Nice place to see Australian animals. Be prepared to spend about two hours. And plan ahead for show times (feeding times). My son enjoyed feeding the lambs. Only negative is the food available at the place. Nothing much to select and not that great.
  • Very pooor customer service on the phone. Called more that 15 times to ask a simple question. I was put on hold and not responded by the staff. If they are short in staff , recruitment for a busy place like that would be a good idea. Charging heaps but not providing a proper service
  • Not just Koalas. This is a small zoo with mainly Australian Native Animals. A little bit more hands on than most other places. But small, you can walk around the whole place in a couple of hours.
