  • A short drive from our hotel in Port Macquarie is Bago vineyards. Dirt road access and while you don't need a 4wd, perhaps don't drive your sports car. I'd recommend visiting on a Sunday when they hav...  more »
  • Far off the beaten track, actually go off paved road onto gravel road. Didn't taste wine but actually went for the maze. Wasn't sure how long it is suppose to take but we were out in about 40 minutes....  more »
  • Great family fun. Good cheese and wine fantastic scenery. Very kid friendly (for a vineyard). Had Lego and painting for the kids aswell as the maze. Great staff

  • This place is the best, forget the rest, if you only want to visit one winery in the region, then this is it. Nestled among farm cottages at the end of a gravel road surrounded by tracts of national park. Excellent selection of varietals. Bring a picnic lunch ! I want to live here, or at least sleep beside the quaint patio with a view across a manicured lawn, hedge maze & national park forest. Spend at least half a day here, maybe you'll wake up under a grape vine & say "Was this all just a Dream" . try the Rose.
  • Went for the maze, not the wine. It was quite big and a bit frustrating, especially since it feels like you always go around in circles, but the relief and sense of achievement when you manage to get out is great.
  • Perfect place for kids and adults. Beautiful location, amazing puzzle in the maze: try to collect all points from the flyer.
  • The Red wines are quite good and so are the Tawney. but its the location that is the best part. There is a fun maze and while it takes forever to drive to (you think you are lost) by the time you get there it is very scenic.
  • Enjoyable place for the kids and the family
