  • Caldermeade farm has always been a great place for family, with their animals and milk viewing. We went there the other day and we have been informed they are under new managment, the girls working we...  read more »
  • Good food, nice atmosphere. Decent variety in general, but a bit light on vegetarian options. Scones were fresh and fantastic!
  • We've been to Caldermeade a few times and can recommend the soup and dips as they are both excellent and generally the food is good. Service and attitude not so good and could be way better. On one oc...  read more »
  • Came to this farm cafe by chance while on our way to Philips Island. Order our morning coffees and scones. Nice scones served to us hot and fresh from the oven. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜‹. Hot coffee, latte and scones, this made us feel particularly good at cold winter morning. β˜•οΈπŸ˜„πŸ‘πŸΌ. Cute and funny weather forecast board. Haha
  • A beautiful place to sit at for the morning. Me and my family had scones then we went and watched the milking. The manager let us come in and have a go at milking a cow by hand. The kids loved it you should go there I would 100% go again. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€—πŸ€— It was extremely cheap πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘
  • tasty cakes, a good playground and some animals to see. Its a good place to stop and rest on the way to Phillip Island. I would recommend wearing boots if its been raining as the land around the playground was waterlogged.
  • The farm is great for the kids. The food is overpriced - especially when eating there with a family. They don't do child sized milkshakes despite having a lot of small clientele. The staff seemed disinterested and not friendly. I placed an order for two spiders - my son changed his mind about what flavour he wanted but they put it on the order as 3 spiders. When I asked for a refund, I was told to wait in the queue to ask for one. Rather pathetic service.
  • Absolutley DISGUSTED!!! specifically asked for the coeliac friendly (which was written on the menu )bacon and eggs. When meals finally came out, we were promised they were gluten free and upon asking for reassurance a second time, we were informed that it was all coeliac safe. Concerned for a 3rd time after already having only 1 mouthful, we again asked if it was gluten free only then to be informed that the docket had been misread and the meal was now not ceoliac friendly. We are very disappointed to have to race to the chemist and clock watch, hoping that our day is not completely ruined. If ceoliac, stay clear as mishaps are not worth it.
