  • Finally decided to stop by and visit this place as they put up so much advertising on the road coming down to Phillip Island. It's great to see the cows and other animal life. We came to the cafe it s...  more »
  • Manager needs to stay in the kitchen. She is very rude to customers and can't manage the floor or flow of orders. We got a table for 45 mins but then the last orders came out at 40 mins! She kicked us...  more »
  • A delightful farm setting. The beef pie with mushrooms was super. The scones with cream and jam was the best we had for some time. A visit here is worth the money.

  • If you want to run a business of this nature first & foremost is having people skills!!! Followed by organisational skills both front of service and in kitchen. If potential customers are driving past and want to stop in for a meal and drink without a booking, you have to be at the ready and prepared to accomodate under all circumstances, not be prepared to take customers money, not suggest / organise another area of the cafe for them to sit, give them a time frame of how long the have to eat their ordered meal, then serve too late and TELL them to leave as you have a booking!! Walking out of cafe with toast in hand! Very unprofessional and very unorganised. That is all .
  • Came to this farm cafe by chance while on our way to Philips Island. Order our morning coffees and scones. Nice scones served to us hot and fresh from the oven. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜‹. Hot coffee, latte and scones, this made us feel particularly good at cold winter morning. β˜•οΈπŸ˜„πŸ‘πŸΌ. Cute and funny weather forecast board. Haha
  • Very disappointed in service. Waited almost an hour for our lunch only to be told they had not placed our order and had forgotten! NO apology, and when we finally got our 'hot' drinks they were small and cold. Not many animals. Won't be returning - very disappointed.
  • A beautiful place to sit at for the morning. Me and my family had scones then we went and watched the milking. The manager let us come in and have a go at milking a cow by hand. The kids loved it you should go there I would 100% go again. πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ€—πŸ€— It was extremely cheap πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘
  • Great place to stop for a coffee on the way to philip island. Caldermeade has an outdoor park with a working farm where children can go pet animals and see them fed. You can also go check out the dairy process in action.
