  • I found this visit OK but not spectacular. There are lots of model ships and plenty of posters but not so many historical artifacts. Still, worth a look.  more »

  • Really fun little museum. Lots of fascinating little exhibits. I'm a boat nerd so I'm biased, but was good enough to keep my mates' attention as well. That's a great achievement. Guide was an absolute legend
  • Great little museum enjoyed it
  • Really great museum. Lots to see.
  • Haven't been inside. Apathetic staff unable to tell me what they show, and unable to compare it to Brisbane's. What are you paid for guys? Furthermore was closing at 3pm!
  • The Museum was built in 1986, although the place is small, but very interesting. Here we learn maritime history in Australia. Inside are miniature ships ranging from the most traditional to the most advanced. In addition we can see clothes worn for diving in antiquity, thick and heavy, far different from the diving suits are there at the moment. Mesum is open daily from 10 am until 3 pm. The ticket prices are pretty pay-Aud 6 per person
