  • Tarrawarra commands an impressive view of the Yarra Valley. The architectural design of the building harnesses this spectacular aspect of location - "high on a hill, among the vines and grapes." And inside is equally impressive - we viewed an exhibition by Australian artist Howard Arkley - fluorescent suburbs and punk rock floating in mid air and on the gallery walls. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Unusually for a public gallery there is an entry fee - hence the missing star. Art for art's sakes?
  • A really beautiful place with a stunning view. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery as well as try some delicious wine in an underground cellar.
  • As an artist from the Netherlands, I am a big fan of this museum! Tarrawarra Gallery is always worth visiting.
