  • Cruise facilities, Latino Show & Music were great! Extremely cramped seating and unfortunately, the food was very ordinary :( Couldn't even cut the Roast Beef with a knife - like leather! If I book a Vagabond Cruise in the future, hopefully the next experience will be better.
  • It was a terrible experience with horrible food. Not even my local mall have such awful food . Buffet was 5 items , beef was rubbery and tasteless . Chicken thighs were over cooked and the 2 salads were worst than the normal supermarket salad πŸ₯— packet . These food looked like they were prepared by a kitchen hand on training . I have no words to describe how disgusting the food was . Starters were some cut vegetables that looked like they were cut the day before with a $3 super market dip. Yuk only good thing was the Doritos πŸ˜‚. Wow here comes the drinks... I was exited since we had a unlimited drinks package . they ended up being really cheap house 🍷, cheapest vodka and cheap scotch . No cocktails no tequila no vodka red bulls no nothing .. just basic drinks. Lucky they had few pieces of lemon πŸ‹.. mind you half way through they ran out as well . Dancers πŸ’ƒπŸΎ were ok but not great . Not at all worth for the money we paid . BTW we got off the boat and headed to Maccas since we were all hungry.
  • We had booked the Retro Cruise as a department Christmas Party outing. We had a small team of 8 in late Nov 17. There were few highlights on this cruise, and despite the beautiful night in Sydney, it was overshadowed by the terrible cruise experience. Firstly the food - the rubber that they paraded as roast beef was like a dog's chew toy. The appetisers on the tables on arrival were minimal but also were limp and clearly not fresh. The "Dance Show" - after dinner they had a bunch of β€œdancers” perform to some music. This may have been the only retro themed part of the cruise. While a bit tacky, this was fine and an icebreaker of sorts for guests to get a little lose. What wasn't welcome was the constant screaming into the microphone and the inability for the MC to position himself where there wasn't constant microphone feedback! The music on the cruise was retro (as advertised) to begin with - but as background music. After dinner and the show, the music was turned up. If you expected a DJ - don't. The music seemed like it was played off an iPod shuffle with long gaps between songs. Also, those expecting a decent space for a dance should also lessen their expectations. The cruise felt like it was run by amateurs or it was their first cruise of the season. Everything felt disorganised and had no polish. This together with the other guests that accompanied us on the night translated to a boring and memorable night – for all the wrong reasons.
  • The worst cruising experience. Awful food , below average vibe , rude behaviour Respect yourself and dont cruise with them. We booked for Christmas dinner and they literally ruined our night.
  • Overall amazing cruise and amazing company to work with to organise a private function of 300 attendees, they answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure i understood everything, highly recommend for small and large events. Staff on the night where unbelievable and the boat was amazing thank you for an unforgettable night Vagabond

Where to stay in Sydney

Sydney offers visitors hundreds of lodging options in its central area, with choices suitable for most budgets. As expected in a major tourist destination, harbor views play a major role in determining room prices. Expect to pay more for ocean-view suites, especially if you visit at the peak of the tourist season or around big city events. If you don't need to stay in the center of Sydney, consider budget-friendly hotels near the airport, or look for smaller roadside motels in the city's South West neighborhood.
